No. The Slimmer You Deep Immersion Programme is not about calorie counting, restriction, meal plans, or forcing your body to change.
It does not include nutrition plans or fitness advice.
This is a hypnotherapist-led healing journey that works with the mind — the place where your beliefs, habits, cravings, and emotional patterns are formed.

Inside this programme, we focus on understanding and rewiring the emotional and subconscious patterns behind overeating, cravings, and body image — so change can happen naturally and last.
Weight loss is often a natural side effect of deeper healing.

This is a fully guided, live online programme.
You’ll be supported directly by a certified hypnotherapist inside a small, intimate circle.
You won’t be doing this alone.

Long-term struggles are rarely about willpower.
They’re usually connected to emotional patterns, stress responses, and subconscious beliefs formed over time.
This programme focuses on healing those deeper roots.
Life happens and I understand that.
Most sessions include coaching, reflection practices, and guided work that are best experienced live, as the energy of the group is part of the transformation.
However, any session where I lead a full RTT® hypnosis will be recorded and made available to those who cannot attend live, so you won’t miss the core subconscious work.
If I notice that several women are unable to attend a key hypnosis session, I will occasionally repeat it to ensure everyone receives the full experience.
That said, this is a live immersion journey, and attending as many sessions as possible will give you the deepest results.

Hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed, focused state — similar to daydreaming or being absorbed in a book. Most people find it calming, gentle, and surprisingly natural. It is just much easier to work with the subconscious, where the deep-rooted limiting beliefs and blocks are.

Many women find that being gently witnessed is part of the healing, but you are always in control of what you share.

Yes, hypnosis is a safe and natural process. It guides clients into a relaxed state while keeping them aware and in control. You cannot be made to do anything against your will, and you’ll always be conscious of your surroundings.
At the end of both online and in-person sessions, I’ll gently bring you back to full awareness, leaving you feeling amazing and fully transformed. It’s like experiencing a long, meditative journey infused with a touch of magic.
If you’re open to exploring your subconscious and comfortable with technology, online RTT® can be a fantastic option for your healing journey. It’s amazing to think that even if you’re on the other side of the world, we can still connect and work together. The universal energy flows through any space, making this healing experience accessible to you no matter where you are.
RTT® therapy is effective online. Many clients report similar benefits as they would in in-person sessions. Many clients find they can connect deeply with their therapist, regardless of the distance, leading to meaningful breakthroughs and lasting transformations.
